What types of workpieces can your robot handle?
What is the maximum weight of workpieces your system can handle?
For boxed items such as cartons, the robot supports workpieces weighing up to around 30 kg.
What is the maximum stacking height supported by Palletizy?
Palletizy allows stacking up to around 2 meters in height, including the pallet.
Is the Palletizy easy for anyone to operate?
Yes. With its intuitive interface, the Palletizy can be operated easily by anyone, even without any specialized knowledge or technical expertise.
Can the Palletizy be relocated or adapted to changes in the production line?
Yes. Thanks to its caster-mounted design, the system can be relocated easily to accommodate line changes.
Can Palletizy accommodate changes in workpieces or stacking patterns?
Yes. Changes can be made easily via the touch-panel interface.
By simply entering the dimensions of the boxes and pallets, the system automatically generates and updates the optimal stacking layout.
What utilities are required to implement Palletizy?
A power supply and compressed air are required.
