About ROSCon JP 2026
“ROSCon JP” is the official Japanese event held prior to the international ROS developer conference “ROSCon.” Co-hosted by the General Incorporated Association ROSCon JP and Open Robotics, it is one of Japan’s largest ROS community events, attracting a wide range of ROS developers from beginners to experts. Through technical presentations, workshops, and networking among developers, the event serves as a forum for sharing the latest advancements in robot development utilizing ROS.
Background and Purpose of Our Participation
Closer Robotics is advancing the research and development of next-generation robots that contribute to solving societal challenges. In our development, we primarily use Python and C++, leveraging ROS where appropriate to design systems with a focus on real-world deployment.
The purpose of our participation in this event is to showcase robots utilizing ROS and to deepen technical exchanges with engineers and researchers from across Japan.
