- This event is a pitch event co-hosted by Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Deloitte Tohmatsu Venture Support Co., Ltd. as a pre-launch initiative for a business support facility that Nomura Real Estate Development plans to open in 2027.
The new facility will permanently feature new open innovation approaches, including the “Venture Client Model,” as well as services designed to help solve business growth challenges, providing a space for “results-driven” co-creation. - Under the theme “The Cutting Edge of Physical AI and the Future Pioneered by Co-Creation,” startups active in the field of physical AI will take the stage.
