About Palletizy
The "Palletizy" is a compact collaborative palletizing robot that automates the task of stacking items like cardboard boxes. It features the "AutoLayout" function, which automatically generates stacking layouts and configurations by simply entering the dimensions of the boxes and pallets.
Overview of the AutoLayout Function
Traditional palletizing robots required skilled technicians to manually configure stacking layouts using a teach pendant. However, the new AutoLayout function eliminates the need for manual teaching, allowing anyone to operate the robot easily through a smartphone-like interface.
With just the dimensions of the boxes and pallets entered, the system automatically generates multiple optimal stacking layouts, enabling users to select the most efficient configuration for automated operations.
About PickPacker
The "PickPacker" robot automates the repetitive task of transferring small packets in food factories. Transferring small condiment packets into containers, for example, has traditionally been challenging for conventional vision systems due to characteristics like gloss, deformation, and thinness.
Leveraging Closer Robotics' proprietary AI image processing technology, the PickPacker can handle these small packets and perform bulk picking and conveyor tracking.
