JAPAN PACK is one of the largest comprehensive exhibitions for the packaging industry in Japan. It attracts professionals from a wide range of industries—including food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, daily necessities, and logistics—providing a platform to experience and discuss the “next generation of packaging and logistics.”
At this exhibition, we will showcase our robotics solutions that enable labor-saving and automation from packaging to shipping, with live demonstrations of actual machines.

▮ Compact Collaborative Palletizing Robot – Multi-Line Compatible “Palletizy”
“Palletizy” is a compact, mobile collaborative palletizing robot that automates carton stacking. The multi-line compatible version can stack products coming from two conveyors onto their respective pallets.
With our proprietary AutoLayout function, users simply input the carton and pallet sizes to automatically generate the optimal palletizing pattern—no robotics knowledge required. The robot is mobile, easy to relocate, and designed to operate without safety fences or floor anchors, making it a flexible and compact solution.
▮ Small Pouch Transfer Robot “PickPacker”
“PickPacker” automates the transfer of randomly piled small pouches into containers on a conveyor. Powered by proprietary 3D vision AI and advanced control technology, it achieves high-speed processing of up to 1,200 packs/hour, even with irregularly shaped pouches. Its compact design allows for easy integration into existing production lines, contributing to labor-saving and productivity improvements.
