Our Collaborative Palletizing Robot “Palletizy” Featured on FANUC’s Official YouTube Channel

We are pleased to announce that Closer Inc.’s compact collaborative palletizing robot “Palletizy” has been featured on the official YouTube channel of FANUC Corporation.
FANUC is a world-leading company in the field of Factory Automation (FA), including industrial robots.
In the recently released use case video titled “Automation of Loading Operations with the CRX-30iA/L”, Palletizy is introduced along with our company’s technology and initiatives.

Product Overview

Palletizy is a compact, mobile collaborative palletizing robot that automates the task of stacking cardboard boxes.
Equipped with our proprietary AutoLayout function, it automatically generates optimal stacking patterns simply by entering the box and pallet sizes.
Designed for easy operation even without specialized robot knowledge, Palletizy offers excellent space efficiency and ease of implementation, contributing to labor savings and improved efficiency for small and medium-sized production lines, such as in food factories.

Safety and Installation Features

Our Palletizy utilizes FANUC’s collaborative robot CRX-30iA/L.
Leveraging the capabilities of collaborative robots that allow humans and robots to work safely in the same space, it enables automation even in limited spaces.
It is equipped with high-level safety features that immediately stop operation upon contact with a person or object, minimizing on-site risks.

In addition, by incorporating our optional safety area sensors, the system dynamically adjusts speed according to the work environment:

  • High-speed operation when no personnel are nearby
  • Low-speed operation when personnel are within the designated area
  • Automatic stop upon contact

These features enable flexible and safe operation tailored to real-world production environments.
