▮ Compact Collaborative Palletizing Robot “Palletizy”

“Palletizy” is a compact, mobile collaborative palletizing robot that automates carton stacking tasks.
A single robot can palletize boxes from two conveyors onto left and right pallets.

Equipped with our proprietary AutoLayout function, the system automatically generates the optimal stacking pattern simply by entering the carton and pallet sizes—no robotics expertise required.
Thanks to its mobile design, the installation location can be changed flexibly, and no safety fences or floor anchors are needed.

▮ Small Pouch Transferring Robot “PickPacker”

“PickPacker” automatically transfers randomly piled small pouches into containers on a conveyor.
By combining proprietary 3D vision AI with advanced control technology, it achieves a high processing capacity of 1,200 packs per hour even for irregularly shaped pouches.
Its compact design allows easy integration into existing lines, contributing to labor saving and productivity improvement.
